Return Policy

If your product is defective or missing parts, we will almost always correct the defect by sending you a replacement part.  Do not return the product unless we specifically request that you to do so.

If you wish to return your UNASSEMBLED product for any reason OTHER than a manufacturer’s defect, you must first contact TruckRacksPlus via email or call us at #800-950-3111 to get a return authorization.  Authorizations will only be given within 14 days of product delivery.  If returns are made without return authorization,  they will be refused, no credit will be issued, and the customer will be liable for the shipping cost.  All returns must have the return authorization #’s showing on the package.  All authorized returns will be shipped directly to the manufacturer for processing.  DO NOT SEND PRODUCT TO TRUCK RACKS PLUS.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for non-warranty return freight.Truck Racks Plus is not responsible for inbound or outbound freight charges on non-warranty returns.

If you have obtained an RA#, TruckRacksPlus will credit your full purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, if and only if:

  • The product has not been assembled
  • The product is in the original box with all internal protective packaging
  • The product is resellable

If these conditions are not met, TruckRacksPlus will take digital photos and email them to you to document the reason(s) why credit will not be issued.

Occasionally TruckRacksPlus will make an error, and ship you parts that you did not order.  If this occurs, we arrange and pay for return transportation, and we will advise you of when the carrier will arrive to pick up the product .  We request your cooperation to ensure that the product is availabe for the shipper at the stipulated time.  Otherwise, we can incurr significant cost.
