How can I be sure the part will fit my Van or Truck?

How long before my order is shipped?

Most products ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and an additional email with tracking information once your product has shipped.

Do you carry Van Racks for Utility Vans?

Yes, visit our “Van Racks” section.  We have several options to fit your needs.  All our racks are backed with the Kargo Master Life Time Warranty!

How can I find out what my shipping charges will be?

Just add the product or products you are thinking of purchasing to your cart. Before you enter credit card information you will enter your zip code & it will populate the shipping charges. At that point you can continue or cancel your order.

What do I do if I received the wrong part or I want to return my product?

No worries. We are here to help. Contact us at (800)950-3111. We will do all we can to correct any issue and ensure you get the proper product. Please review our return policy for further information. Please DO NOT send product back without calling in to get a Return Authorization number (RMA). All product will be returned directly to the the manufacturer Kargo Master.
