JEEP "CONGO CAGE": The "Congo Cage" is a rock solid 1.65" tubular steel
structure that mounts over and around the Jeep's top. It attaches to the Jeep's
windshield hinges and rear body panel. The Congo Cage provides a foundation
for our safari racks and "Utility Crossbar Kit".
JEEP RACK (52" W) MOUNT OPTIONS: If you would like to use your rack
with the top on or off, you must purchase the Congo Cage rack mounting system.
If you plan to use the rack only with the top removed or with a "bikini top",
purchase a 52" x 50" rack and the "Roll Bar Mount Kit". If you plan to mount
the rack on a fiberglass top, purchase our "Fiberglass Top Mount Kit".
FINISH: All racks and mounting kits come standard with a black "super
polyester" marine grade powder coat finish that is specially formulated to
resist orrosion and abrasion.
